TÁNGER – CHEFCHAOUEN

On arrival in Tangier, you set off on a scenic journey into the Rif Mountains. The landscape changes quickly, leaving the coast behind as you head into green hills.

In the afternoon you arrive in Chefchaouen, the famous “blue city”. Its cobbled streets and indigo-painted buildings create a magical, relaxed atmosphere.

Enjoy a free afternoon to wander its alleyways, visit Outa el-Hammam Square and climb to the viewpoint to watch the sunset over the mountains.

In the evening, dinner at a local restaurant overlooking the illuminated town.

CHEFCHAOUEN – FEZ (VIA VOLUBILIS AND MEKNES)

After breakfast you set off for Fes, but first you make two must-see stops. The first is Volubilis, the best-preserved and most impressive Roman ruins in Morocco. You walk among ancient mosaics and columns.

You continue to Meknes, one of the four imperial cities. You visit the monumental Bab Mansour gate and the imposing Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail.

In the afternoon you reach Fes. After settling into your accommodation, you have time for a first stroll or dinner in the medina.

EXPLORING FEZ WITH A LOCAL GUIDE – RABAT

Spend the morning discovering Fes with an expert local guide. You explore the fascinating medina of Fes el-Bali, a World Heritage Site.

You visit landmarks such as the Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Square and the Chouara tanneries, where leather is still dyed by hand.

After the visit you set off for Rabat, Morocco’s administrative capital. You arrive in the afternoon and can take a stroll through the centre or relax before dinner.

RABAT – ASILAH – TÁNGER

You start the day exploring Rabat. You visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Kasbah of the Udayas, with its distinctive blue and white streets.

Then you take the road north along the Atlantic coast. You stop in Asilah, a charming coastal town with Portuguese walls and a white old town decorated with colourful murals.

Enjoy a relaxed stroll through its streets and perhaps a lunch of fresh fish.

In the afternoon you continue to Tangier, where your trip ends. Expected arrival in the late afternoon.
