Contact us on WhatsApp, by email or through the web form. We will send you a free itinerary.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before. After that the deposit is non-refundable but transferable.

Do I need to pay a deposit? How much?

Yes, 20% by card or PayPal. The balance is paid on arrival.

Is it safe to book a Morocco tour online?

Yes, we use secure payment gateways and have hundreds of genuine Google reviews.

Can you arrange last-minute bookings?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us at least 24–48 hours ahead.

Do you offer travel insurance?

No, but we recommend buying your own before travelling to Morocco.

What kind of vehicles do you use? Do they have air conditioning?

Modern and air-conditioned: 4×4s, minivans or minibuses. All fully insured.

Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, from any Moroccan airport (Casablanca, Marrakech, Fes, etc.).

Can you arrange private drivers for long distances (Marrakech to Fes)?

Yes, we provide professional English-speaking drivers for every route.

Do your drivers speak English, French or Spanish?

Yes, all of them speak English and French. Spanish and Italian on request.

Do you offer 4×4 desert tours?

Yes, with premium Toyota Land Cruisers and drivers experienced in the desert.

Can I combine trains or domestic flights with your tours?

Yes, we can book train tickets or domestic flights for your itinerary.

Desert and camel rides

Which desert do you recommend: Merzouga or Zagora?

Merzouga (Erg Chebbi) for huge dunes. Zagora for short trips from Marrakech.

What does a night in the desert include?

A camel ride, dinner, breakfast and a private tent with beds and blankets.

Are camel rides suitable for children or older travellers?

Yes, the camels are gentle. Older travellers can opt for a 4×4 transfer instead.

What facilities does the desert camp have?

Shared bathrooms, solar shower, beds, pillows and a dining tent.

Can we reach the camp by 4×4 instead of camel?

Yes, just let us know when booking. At no extra cost.

What should I bring for a night in the desert?

Warm clothes, a scarf, sunglasses, sunscreen, a torch and a power bank.

Do you offer guided tours in Fes, Marrakech and Chefchaouen?

Yes, with official local guides certified by the Ministry of Tourism.

Can you arrange certified guides for historical sites?

Yes, for every medina, the ruins (Volubilis), mosques and major museums.

How many days do you recommend for visiting Morocco?

7–10 days are ideal for Marrakech, the Sahara, Fez and Chefchaouen.

Can I visit the Sahara and the Atlas on the same trip?

Yes, on a 5-day-plus tour from Marrakech covering both regions.

Do you offer day trips from Marrakech?

Yes, daily departures to the Ourika Valley, Ouzoud Falls, Essaouira and the Atlas.

When is the best time to visit Morocco?

Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November), for the mild weather.

Do I need a visa to enter Morocco?

Most travellers (USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia) get 90 days visa-free.

What clothing is appropriate for men and women?

Modest clothing (shoulders and knees covered) in the cities. More relaxed in hotels and the desert.

Can I use a card or is it better to carry cash?

Cards in hotels and riads. Carry cash (dirhams) for markets, taxis and tips.

Is the tap water safe?

No. Always use bottled water in Morocco.

Should I tip drivers and guides? How much?

Suggested: €5–10/day for drivers, €3–5 for guides. Optional but appreciated.

Is Morocco safe for women travelling alone?

Yes, with the usual precautions. Our drivers look out for solo women travellers in particular.

Money and payments

Which currencies do you accept for payment?

Online: EUR, USD, GBP, CAD. In cash on arrival: dirhams or euros.

Can I pay in cash (euros/dollars/dirhams) on arrival?

Yes. The remaining balance is paid in cash on arrival. No hidden costs.

Are there hidden costs (entrance fees, meals, etc.)?

No. We state clearly what is included. Only personal expenses and monument entrance fees are extra.
