Booking and Payment for Your Adventure

Confirming your booking

When you send us your request, we get in touch to answer any questions and finish personalising the trip. You then receive your booking confirmation by email.

At that point your trip is secured and we start arranging every detail, so all you have to do is enjoy it.

Booking deposit

To secure the booking we ask for a deposit of 20–30% of the total, which you can pay by PayPal or bank transfer.

• It is a fast, secure payment.
• We send you the payment link as soon as we confirm availability.
• The deposit is deducted from the total price of the trip.

Payment of the balance

The remaining amount is paid 15 days before departure. You can pay it:

• By card, Visa or Mastercard.
• By bank transfer.
• Through PayPal.

Let us know in advance which method you prefer so we can organise it better.

Room type

So that everything fits, we need you to tell us:

• The room type you prefer (double or twin).
• Any bed preference: one double bed or two separate beds.

With this information we confirm the best available option at each property.

Follow-up and final confirmation

Once we have your deposit and your preferences, we send you the final confirmation with every detail: day-by-day itinerary, accommodation and the details of your guide and driver.

And then all that is left is counting the days to your Moroccan adventure.
